When sending in your reel for repair, make sure to include your customer details (name, address, phone number, and email address) the brand of your reel, and the specific repair needed. This information will help us expedite the repair process and ensure your reel gets the attention it deserves.
In addition to the repair costs, there may be additional charges for parts and the return shipping fee. Parts must be paid for in advance before ordering, and the return shipping fee (USPS Priority) is $13.50 for the first reel and $2.50 for each subsequent reel.

Upon receipt of your item, we will promptly notify you of its arrival. Additionally, should we have any inquiries regarding the service you have requested, or if we encounter any unforeseen issues during the servicing of your reel, we will reach out to you for further communication before proceeding with any work
We accept both cash and all major credit cards.
For a simple cleaning service, we will issue an invoice upon completion of the work on your reel. You may pay this invoice online, and as soon as we receive the payment, we will promptly ship your reel back to you.
In the case of repairs requiring parts, we will provide you with a quote for the parts and labor before proceeding. After invoicing you for the parts—which must be paid prior to the commencement of repairs—we will begin the work. Upon completion, we will invoice you for the labor and return shipping costs. Once we receive payment for this final invoice, we will immediately dispatch your reel back to you.
